Lots of changes to this wall. The original small pink desk that I had was a garage sale find that I painted and stenciled. While it was really cute, it was not functional. I needed something that would support my all metal old sewing machine. Also the desk chair while an wonderful vintage item, was not comfortable nor very sturdy.

From top to bottom, three vintage hats found at a wonderful vintage/antique store in Washington, PA south of Pittsburgh. The pink crystal flower hooks are new, from the company in the UK. Again shopping karma hit on this one also. I found the hats and the hooks in two different cities while shopping over the same weekend.
Vintage purses on the shelves - All Midas of Miami. Cube Teapots on the shelves - All Royal Crownford Charlotte. Lamp - Unknown, new not vintage. Desk and chair - Woodbridge, from my local fine furniture store. Vintage purses on the desk (from left to right) - Walborg, Tano, Coblentz and Soure (hanging from the chair). Vintage Wastecan - Weibro. There is also a vintage pressed leather jewelry box with two pair or vintage gloves.
The two small framed pictures on the shelves are new acrylics that I picked up at a local art show. The small pictures hanging between the desk and the shelves, on the right a vintage needlepoint and on the left a vintage paint by numbers (this is such a fun paint by numbers, the 'artist's name is even on the back, Mildred Eby, 133 West Franklin St, Centerville, OH, 885-7912).

Window Treatment - Custom Waverly Tea-for-Two fabric. Display Case - New from Restoration Hardware. Tilt Top Table - Unknown. Chair and Ottoman - Harden Furniture, special order from local fine furniture store. Vintage Yellow Sewing Basket - The Princess Basket Company.

My newest edition is this display case from Restoration Hardware with 16 vintage compacts, pillboxes and cigarette cases. I put them all in there so nicely and don't really want to disturb them, so I can't tell you exactly which one is by which maker, but there are examples by Stratton, Evans, Bliss, Volupte, Schildkraut, Kigu, Rex, Elgin, and Le Rage. These vintage compacts make wonderful decorations when displayed in a group and are still rather inexpensive for vintage items.
